Chinese Drywall Removal Training Workshop

On April 14 and 15, the CCTI is offering a new training class for workers and supervisors who will be responsible for the removal of Chinese (reactive) drywall from homes.

Chinese Drywall Removal Training Workshop is an intensive program that includes classroom and hands-on learning that closely follows the guidelines found in the protocol written by the Florida Professional Coalition for Chinese (reactive) Drywall. This workshop is designed for general contractors, electricians, remediators, architects, interior designers, and building and property managers. Topics to be covered include identifying Chinese (reactive) drywall, building a team to fix the problem safely and efficiently, sampling requirements, micro-cleaning techniques, and de-construction details. This seminar is more than an information session, it is a training program designed to help interested parties with the safe and effective removal of contaminated drywall.
