On March 30, everyone who wants to learn the basics of grant writing and take advantage of other sources of funding for their business and/or organization including non-profits and schools has an opportunity to do so.
The CCTI is offering a 4 hour workshop titled “Grant Writing for Beginners.”
This 4 hour workshop will introduce beginning grant writers to:
- The world of grantors including foundations, corporations and government entities along with the full array of electronic and print resources available to help grant seekers develop their prospect lists.
- The various angles to take when looking for funding whether it is for a specific project or for general operating funds.
- The basics of writing - from letters of inquiries to full grant proposals.
- What to expect if you are awarded a grant (grant administration).
