On April 1, you can get involved in what your customers are doing and learn more about them. Social media marketing allows you to establish relationships with your customers and prospects, listen to their conversations, and establish yourself as a subject matter expert. This workshop will show you how to:
- Develop an online marketing messaging and communication strategy;
- Implement Google Analytics on your website to provide marketing metrics, online traffic, and keyword popularity results;
- Create your profile on eight different social media sites;
- Maintain presence (a minimum of 4 times per week) on each social media site that includes status updates, participation in online conversations, group participation, and growing your social media lists with quality (not quantity) of followers/friends;
- Represent your company to make sure you have consistency and the most effective use of keywords and marketing communication strategies to reach your target audience.
