The popular Port St. Lucie Community Band’s break-out group, Ambassadors of Swing, returns to perform their Big Band sounds for your listening and dancing pleasure on Wednesday, March 10 from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Port St. Lucie Civic Center.

In existence for just a few months, this lively band, full of local talent with rich musical histories, has continued to fill the Emerald Ballroom with their Big Band sounds. Dancers young and young-at-heart, along with those who just want to listen and tap their feet, are delighted by this latest addition to Port St. Lucie’s culture.

This month, the Ambassadors of Swing will perform a variety of music, including that which is perfect for the cha-cha, swing, waltz, and polka dance styles.

Tickets for the dance are just $5 per person in advance and $6 at the door (cash only, please). Coffee and snacks will be provided and a cash bar will be available. Tickets are available at the Civic Center and the Port St. Lucie Community Center, 2195 S.E. Airoso Blvd.

The Civic Center is located at 9221 S.E. Civic Center Place, on the southeast corner of U.S. 1 and Walton Road.
